What are your prices?
We are a factory direct supplier, which enables us to guarantee quality while keeping our prices reasonable. If you are planning to visit China, we welcome you to inspect our factories.
Do you have a minimum order quantity?
No, we do not require a minimum order quantity. However, the price will vary according to quantity.
For small businesses, we usually sell 50 items or so.
For most of our products, we accept logo customization for orders of 100 items or more.
Can you provide the relevant documentation?
Yes, we can provide most documentation, including certificates of analysis or conformance, insurance, origin, and other export documents as required.
What is the average lead time?
For samples, the lead time is about 3 days. For mass production, it is 20-30 days after receiving the deposit payment. Lead times begin when we (1) receive your deposit and (2) have your final approval for your products. If our lead times do not work with your deadline, please discuss your requirements with your sales representative. We will try to accommodate your needs in all cases.
What payment methods do you accept?
You can make payment through our bank account, Western Union, or PayPal.
We require a 50% deposit in advance and the 50% balance payment before delivery.
What is your product warranty?
We warranty our materials and workmanship. Our commitment is to your satisfaction with our products. Whether in warranty or not, it is the culture of our company to address and resolve all customer issues to everyone’s satisfaction.
Do you guarantee safe and secure product delivery?
Yes, we always use high-quality export packaging. For dangerous goods, we use specialized hazard packing, and for temperature-sensitive items, we use validated cold storage shippers. Specialist packaging and non-standard packing requirements may incur an additional charge.
How much are the shipping fees?
The shipping cost depends on the method of delivery you choose. Express shipping is typically the quickest but also the most expensive. Sea freight is the best option for large orders.
